Resilience is a key skill which impacts not only our professional lives, but our personal ones too. Our Developing Resilience module aims to help you develop this key skill further by analysing the impact stress has upon our well being and the ways in which we can reduce this. The module also discusses the different strategies for protecting well being such as ‘future focus’ and ‘flexible thinking’, and offer insights from a range of experts and the organisations they represent.
The module is written by expert trainers and provides one hour of CPD certification upon completion.
